Do not post any materials (including software and other
information) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other Members'
computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or
websites.
Fair Play
GOLIVEXXX does not allow disruptive activity online, such as constant off-topic
comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate this Code
of Conduct or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to
chat and post on the GOLIVEXXX site in a positive way.
GOLIVEXXX does not allow posting or use of computer programs
that contain destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or
bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, and other activities
that can interrup online communication.

Don't Spam
Please don't "spam" through as Members don’t like it. To spam
includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different
discussion groups, mailing lists or showing screen shots to your homepage
through your webcam software. Usually such postings have nothing to do with
the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the
mailing list. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything
you say or post. GOLIVEXXX reserves the right to ban a Member at any time,
without notice, from any or all Communication Services for spamming.
The GOLIVEXXX Broadcasting areas may be used to provide
supplemental information regarding your own business (provided you do not use
spam to provide this information); however, the Communication Services areas
are not designed to be used as the primary mechanism for operating your business
or providing core information about your business. Any use of the
Communication Services for commercial purposes is solely at your own risk and
GOLIVEXXX has no liability for such use.
Be Responsible
You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating on
the GOLIVEXXX website..
The broadcasting areas are not designed as the primary places to
store any materials; you are responsible for creating backups of materials
you post to any Communication Service such as photos, documents and software.
GOLIVEXXX is not responsible for loss of access to, or deletion or alteration
of any materials included in any Communication Service.

notice, any Member-created Service (or any particular posting) that violates
this Code of Conduct.
You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice

This Agreement will become effective upon the acceptance by
GOLIVEXXX of the Member Sign-up Form completed by you. If GOLIVEXXX accepts
the Member Sign-up Form, you will become a "Member" having access
to the Site only under these terms and conditions.
Pay transmissions in the adult area must be AGE VERIFIED. You must be eighteen years of age or older to participate in the
adult area and you must fax or email a copy of a picture ID to us before
payment can be made for pay per view service.
Charge backs, refunds, and withholding of pay per view funds.
Some of your pay per view funds may be withheld for a period
of not more than 6 months if it is determined by us or our Merchant Bank that
a transaction may result in a refund, charge back, or other negative monetary
situation for the company. Furthermore any pay per view session that you
perform that later results with the paying member requesting a refund that is
determined to be a valid request because of technical issues, the host not
being in front of the camera, or any other formal complaint that is
determined to be valid, or from a member later submitting a charge back,
these funds in question will be deducted from your account to cover
GOLIVEXXX'S cost to our Merchant Bank. If after a charge back dispute we
retain the funds in question you will the receive
your portion of the money. Charge backs and refund requests are bad for everyone.
So please do your best to be in front of the camera when you are logged
in live and try to satisfy the member who is watching you. Always let me
member know beforehand when possible what kind of video chat you are selling.
Not one letter or number of personal information you
provide to GOLIVEXXX will ever be given to anyone else at any time... We
respect your privacy and value your time.

Refunds
The basic policy of golivexxx.com is not to provide
refunds to Members unless specific extraordinary circumstances apply.
Golivexxx.com may issue refunds to Members that turn to Golivexxx.com at memberhelp@golivexxx.com
In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by
crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
